Things To Do

Located just 6 miles outside Taunton, we have quick road links to the M5 and A303. We are an hour from the East Devon Jurassic Coast and 1.5 hours from surfers paradise in North Devon.

There are the beautiful rolling hills of Exmoor with miles of coast all the way. Whether it is Kilve beach where Bryan Adams filmed the video for 'Everything I Do', the tourist hotspot of Minehead where you can ride the stunning steam railway, Porlock (perfect for crabbing on the harbour) or the stunning Lynmouth with its clifftop railway, endless picturesque destinations are aplenty.

If you feel like staying closer to the farm there is the Willow and Wetlands centre just a 10 minute drive from the farm.

Views of the local landmark Burrow Mump, as pictured above, and the world famous Glastonbury Tor can be seen from the hut.

Taunton to Bridgwater Canal is a short drive away and if you visit Maunsel Lock there are canal boat facilities for a trip along the water. Day ticket fishing on the fantastic River Tone is available just a 5 minute stroll away. Wildlife safaris are also available to be booked via us.

Motorbikes are also welcome to come and private, hardstanding is available.
